Our Complaint Resolution Policy
Process Computer Services will respond to any complaint within two business days of receipt & will address & resolve any complaint within 30 days of receipt. In the event we cannot reach a satisfactory resolution, we will use 3rd party dispute resolution services. Our goal is solve all problems in a quick & efficient manner.

Liability Limitations
Process Computer Services will not be liable to any party or parties for any damages of any kind without limitations or any resulting negligent or criminal acts. This includes third party software & hardware damages or damages resulting from third party services. Process Computer Services will not be responsible for lost profits, data, & down time. Process Computer Services & the Process Computer Services website, will not be liable for any contents or information which is referenced or linked to the Process Computer Services website through other parties.

Data Backup Services
Process Computer Services will not be liable for any data lost or corrupted before, after, or during service. If Process Computer Services is contracted to back up your personal or business data Process Computer Services will not be held liable for data loss beyond its control including but not limited to: corruption of backup media; failure of client to change backup media when required; data not set to be backed up; media mistakenly overwritten. Backup services do not guarantee a specific file will always be able to be restored from backup media.

The terms of this agreement & instructions for the use of the Process Computer Services website shall be legally binding & includes all use of the Process Computer Services website, & its services offered through this site, or at client locations.
